Le rocher de la Vierge est situé sur un rocher, dénommé rocher de Cucurlon, d’ou l’on a un panorama exceptionnel sur la baie de Biarritz, la ville et les Pyrénées. la statue a été érigée en 1865 par les ateliers Ducel et Fils de Bordeaux.
