A quelques encablures de Saint Malo, Saint Jacut de la mer et l’archipel des Ebihens un véritable joyaux de petits îlots paradisiaques particulièrement vus du ciel, rien de mieux pour s’évader en ces temps de confinement.

A short distance from Saint Malo, Saint Jacut de la mer and the Ebihens archipelago is a real jewel of small paradisiacal islets, especially seen from the sky, nothing better to escape in these times of confinement.

Le fort National à Saint Malo

National fort of Saint MaloBastion avancé face aux remparts de Saint Malo, il en assurait la défense, construit en 1689 sur des plans de Vauban, il n’a jamais été pris, sauf lors de la 2eme guerre mondiale par les Allemands, érigé sur des rochers il n’est accessible à pied que à marée basse. Bastion moved forward in front of saint Malo’s ramparts, he assured the defense, builds in 1689 on plans of Vauban, he was never taken, only during the 2eme world war by the Germans, set up on rocks he is accessible on foot only in low tide.

La tour Solidor à Saint Malo

Solidor tower in Saint MaloSituée sur la Rance proche de l’embouchure la tour Solidor est un ancien donjon construit entre 1369 et 1382, son nom vient de mots bretons signifiants porte de la rivière.  Situated on Rance river close to the mouth Solidor tower is an old donjon built between 1369 and 1382, its name comes from significant Breton words door of the river.

Le fort La Latte

La Latte fortSitué entre Saint Malo et Saint Brieuc proche du cap Fréhel en Bretagne, le fort La Latte a été construit au XIVème siècle sur un cap rocheux point stratégique important il a été souvent attaqué mais jamais envahi par la mer, il a servi de décor à de nombreux films. Placed between saint Malo and saint Brieuc close to the cape Fréhel in Bretagne in France,the fort la Latte was built in the XIVth century on a rocky cape strategic mattering it was often attacked but never invaded by the sea, it was use for numerous movies.
